CANCELLATION POLICY

Life Happens! If you need to cancel or move your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service! If you are running late to your appointment, just send us a message to see if your service if still possible! Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before rebooking any future services. We understand that emergencies happen and schedules change. We always do our best to be understanding and flexible! Please know that we must enforce this policy as a way to maintain quality service, ensure our artists are compensated for their time, and to keep the studio running efficiently. When we receive last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we are unable to fill our schedule on such short notice.
